Instead of waiting for the new year, I'm making some resolutions for the next few months. Here are my top 5 things to work on this fall:
1. Eat healthier
2. Lose 10 pounds
3. Clear out the basement
4. Organize all my papers
5. Finish my novel
Today I found a great site to help me eat healthier. I want to cut down on refined sugar in my diet, and this site is easy to understand and has helpful lists:

I'm going shopping today and will try to buy some of the low-carb veggies and fruits they suggest. I'm also going to buy some vitamin and mineral supplements that help digestion--especially vitamin E and C.
