I love the Kraft Foods magazine and website for all the wonderful recipes they contain. I've found some easy, tasty recipes, and even some nutritious ones. Since I was recently advised by my doctor to cut out all simple carbohydrates and refined sugars, I'm trying to learn how to cook healthier meals. Kraft lists the ingredients and also the nutritional information so it's no problem to find something I'd like to try. This week I'm making the Easy Pleasing Meatloaf, and the Broccoli and Almond Salad. Yummy looking--we'll see how they taste!
